J.
Michael Spears, M.D.
Dr. Michael Spears comes to Gastroenterology Associates with
17 years experience in gastroenterology. A native of Mount Dora,
Florida, he received his bachelor of science degree from Florida
State University in Tallahassee and doctorate of medicine from
the University of Florida College of medicine. Dr. Spear completed
residency in internal medicine and gastroenterology fellowship
at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
He is a member
of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, The American Gastroenterlogical
Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
All of the GA
doctors are Board Certified in INTERNAL MEDICINE
and Board Certified in GASTROENTEROLOGY.
Each doctor is also a CLINICAL ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
OF MEDICINE for the Quillen School of Medicine at
ETSU.
